**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Vermittlung von Büroimmobilien
- Akquisition von Projekten und Vermarktungsmandaten bei bestehenden und neuen Auftraggeber*innen
- Konzipieren von Vermarktungsstrategien neuer Objekte
- Laufende Betreuung, Kontaktpflege und Erweiterung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kund*innendatenbank
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den ÖRAG Standort in Graz und Salzburg

**Sie bringen mit**:

- eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und vertriebsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- eine mehrjährige Erfahrung als Immobilienmakler*in mit Marktkenntnis
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- erfolgsorientiert und dynamisch mit hoher Kund*innenorientierung

**VERGÜTUNG**: Je nach Arbeitseinsatz und Erfolg bieten wir ein ausgesprochen attraktives Gehalt, welches aus einer Fixkomponente von € 1.885;
- brutto pro Monat und einem erfolgsabhängigen (teilweise abgesicherten) Teil im Rahmen unseres großzügigen Provisionsmodells besteht
