Group Delivery Manager

**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for working in a growing business and for you to be one of the key drivers behind our biggest and most important programmes and software development initiatives. We are looking for someone who is a self-motivated, passionate team player. You will be reporting to Head of Group Delivery and will work closely with our PMO, Product, Dev and QA teams, business stakeholders and our numerous suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Major projects delivery
- Plan and see through delivery of software as part of corporate programmes and projects in close cooperation with our programme management team
- Review product roadmap and timelines, and ensure that the delivery team is well aware of the commitments made
- Coordination of efforts between Developers, Testers, UX Designers and Product Owners
- Dependency management
- Removal of bottlenecks and impediments to progress
- Facilitation of scrum ceremonies such as virtual project team stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, product demos

**A key target for you is the successful delivery of work within the agreed timelines**
- Continuous improvement and change management
- Own the consolidated metrics and dashboards
- Identify delivery risks and problems and drive change to effect better development progress
- Work closely with product, development, QA and other tech teams to continuously improve the SDLC (process and tools)

**Day-to-day support**
- Release management
- Environments coordination
- UAT support
- Create, Update and Maintain JIRA Projects, Dashboards, Plans

**Key Skills/Experience**
- Strong Experience in Agile or Lean software development
- Ideally Online Gaming domain experience, ECommerce or FinTec domain experience acceptable
- Kaizen - proven track record of continuous improvement in the delivery area
- Jira Cloud (complex queries, boards, plans, dashboards)
- Confluence Cloud

- Strong leadership skills, must be able to motivate and lead a virtual team effectively
- Strong influencer and negotiation skills
- Self-Motivated and the ability to working in a changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with key stakeholders, technical and non-technical staff
- Good presentation skills - Ability to present to peers, partners and suppliers
