**SKIDATA, part of ASSA ABLOY Group is looking for an international CFO.**

During 2024 SKIDATA was acquired by ASSA ABLOY. SKIDATA will be organized as a separate Business Area within Business Segment Pedestrian, Entrance Systems Division. SKIDATA is an international leading provider of access management and ticketing solutions. The company is known for its innovative public access solutions in the fields of Parking & Mobility and Sports & Entertainment. It operates more than 50 service locations worldwide, providing digital visitor management solutions that include a fully integrated, cloud-based platform with software, hardware, and services. SKIDATA has some 1,280 employees, and sales for 2023 amounted to about MEUR 305.

This role involves overseeing an international group with broad operational, strategic, and integration responsibilities.

In this position you will report to the CEO of SKIDATA Group and with a dotted line to the VP Finance of Business Segment Pedestrian and be part of the SKIDATA management team.

The position is based in the company’s Headquarters in Grödig/Salzburg, Austria.

**Responsibilities**:

- to lead and develop the SKIDATA Financial, IT, Legal and Compliance activities, together with a small central team and the local finance managers in the Skidata entities.
- to be an active member of the SKIDATA management team, contributing to the successful integration to ASSA ABLOY and the strategic development of the organisation, acting as a business partner and advisor to the CEO of SKIDATA.
- to ensure the highest standards in the financial reporting and planning processes following ASSA ABLOY Group guidelines and IFRS accounting standards.
- To support successful integration into ASSA ABLOY by working closely with responsible ASSA ABLOY integration teams and supporting them with several activities, ensuring execution and transparent reporting of progress
- To ensure financial reporting is delivered within Group guidelines in a timely and accurate manner, to the highest professional standards across the Skidata group.
- Provide excellent business analysis on results and on the outlook for the future financial performance of the company.
- As a key member of the management team you will be expected to actively contribute to the development and implementation of all aspects of the strategy
- Investment management, cash management, fiscal balance sheets and manage the legal structure development.
- Oversee and coordinate forecasts and budget for the group following the Entrance systems Division reporting schedule.
- Develop and implement finance, accounting, and internal control processes in line with ASSA ABLOY group rules and guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate management of the administrative, financial, civil law and fiscal issues, in compliance with the procedures set out by the ASSA ABLOY group as well as with International Accounting Standards.Ensure that compliance requirements and legal matters are reported and managed.
- Oversee the strategic development of seamless processes utilizing the IT systems such as the ERP and BI tools to the fullest.
- Facilitate positive communications and collaboration across the wider professional teams for finance, IT and compliance.
- To develop the skills and competence of the management team, including succession plans for key positions in your area of responsibility.
- Support to establish a performance culture based on our core values and drive for profitability improvements in all areas.
- Support potential acquisitions as addition to Skidata.

You bring extensive experience in a comparable financial leadership position, in a Manufacturing or Engineering industry in an international environment and have thorough understanding of International and Group accounting principles and relevant experience in a Global organisation.

You are a true business leader, with the breadth of experience to understand the business levers necessary to manage a complex business and have true change management capabilities, to be able to support the further development.

Your education includes a professional degree in financial disciplines and an MBA or equivalent would be an advantage.
