Part-time Student Event Management Support

We are now looking for a part-time student to support our Event Management Team in Klaus (50% working time).
**What is it about?**:
- You will be responsible for all EU event shipments from/to Klaus
- You will take care of the organization of the event material and the event storage room
- You will handle the display management as well as give-away management
- You will take care of single roadshow projects or small events
- You will help to improve our processes
***What are we looking for?**:
- You are currently undergoing a commercial education/studies and would like to gain practical experience
- You are a communicative team player with excellent organizational skills
- You have a high level of self-responsibility and proactivity
- You are highly committed to fulfil all tasks and you want to contribute to the success of our events
- You are open-minded and interested in working with different colleagues in Austria but also within the EU region
- You have a very good command of English and German
