Red Bull is seeking a dynamic and meticulous Internal Auditor for our Internal Audit Team, based in Austria. Within this role, you will support our commitment to continuous improvement while ensuring compliance, managing risks, and contributing to our corporate governance. As an internal auditor, you will review the company’s processes, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry standards. You will provide guidance and assurance on financial accuracy and reliability, adequate internal controls, risk management, and governance through independent audit and advisory activities.
**WORLDWIDE ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES**
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of Red Bull Group’s processes, systems, and procedures, both locally and globally, together with other audit team members. You will collaborate closely with teams in the organization, and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and procedures. You will be responsible for generating comprehensive reports for management, that highlights findings, including identified issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
**BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP**
With your accumulated knowledge, you will provide expert guidance and drive best practices between various business units and departments within the Red Bull organization. You will collaborate closely with departments to understand their processes, goals, and challenges, and you will facilitate change by recommending best practices and improvements during audit and follow-up activities.
**SPECIAL PROJECTS**
As an internal auditor, you will participate together with other team members in special assignments, consulting activities, ad-hoc investigations and fraud audits.
**Qualifications**:
Result oriented and hands-on professional, with a questioning mindset and driven by excellence
First proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance, ideally within a multinational environment
Empathic, open-minded, and curious personality with emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and professional scepticism
Proficiency in communication with clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, structured work approach and affinity for numbers
Ability to adapt to different environments, flexibility, open to change, and passion for international travelling
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
