ICF is seeking a **Case Manager Lead** to help the State of Florida manage grants to carry out strategic and high-impact activities to mitigate disaster risks and reduce future losses in its communities. **This position is 100% Remote in the United States.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and master policies and procedures governing case management for our clients.
- Supervise and manage Case Managers, including but not limited to:
- _Assigning cases to the case management team, _
- _Maintaining their schedules and timesheets, and _
- _Assisting case managers in achieving monthly goals and with unique/difficult cases as an escalation point of contact. _
- Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, requirements, and procedures and review all cases within established program guidelines.
- Assist with drafting and issuing updated policies and procedures, job aids, and/or operations management manuals to aid in implementing the program(s)
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the operations of case managers.
- Coordinate closely with call center, inspection staff and client.
- Help refine program procedures and processes for implementation.
- Provide guidance and assessment of case management staff, as needed.
- Present technical information in key meetings.
- Interact with senior staff from local and state agencies, as needed.
- Support strategy for intake launch and operations.
- Advise senior leadership and management, as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Must Have Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience providing intake and case management services and knowledge of best practices for providing case management services for programs aimed at assisting individual households
- Experience with state and/or federally-funded grant programs.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
**Preferred Skills/Experience**:
- 5+ years of in-depth and hands-on knowledge of grant programs, regulations, and implementation, including strong understanding of compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in grant funded or public assistance programs, such as housing programs
- Experience working in a consulting firm, development organization, or public agency preferred.
- Experience delivering training and technical assistance to state and local government agencies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on role and project needs in the United States.
**Professional Skills/Experience**:
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
