Stellenbeschreibung
- Oversee global people development activities: performance management, succession planning, and talent development - to improve leadership bench strength and ensure that the best people are in key positions.
- Effectively supervise a team with global remit
- Take over responsibility for the design and standardization of programs, key processes, and services for People Development & Training (PD&T) and Organizational Development (OD) with a strong focus on digitization and new learning methods.
- Drive the further development of all related programs and processes for PD&T with an understanding of LMS management and database functionalities.
- Drive the further development of all related programs and processes for OD and coordination of cultural development programs.
- Set HR KPI standards for HR dashboard and reporting in alignment standards
- Strengthen our Diversity & Inclusion activities in the company.
- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of global compensation & benefits processes, programs, and services to ensure a globally consistent job grid and competitive compensation.
- Ensure compensation strategy and structures to support employee engagement and the retention of talent.

Qualifikationen
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Education or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role and level with exposure to other HR disciplines; experience in a production plant is a significant asset.
- Significant hands-on experience in design, evaluate and process global people development programs with a focus on new learning methods.
- Excellent Knowledge in creating, developing, and maintaining of compensation and benefit programs and global benchmarking
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and coordinate activities effectively in a team
- Excellent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- Brilliant global strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Self-driven, motivated with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity

Zusätzliche Informationen
For this function, we offer an attractive compensation package, up to a yearly gross salary of € 110.000,00 including variable remuneration elements, according to your experience and educational background.
