Finance Management- Entry as of now- In this position, you will be responsible for the risk management strategy for the Group, maintain an overview of company insurance policies and work in close cooperation with brokers. In this central function, you will also support all international Group companies with regard to risk and insurance agendas. You can expect a very broad field of activity in a central function of a sustainably growing group of companies.**What you can expect from us**:

- Collecting risk information and processing the data, carrying out risk analyses
- Testing for hazards that may emanate from activities, products or the company itself
- Determine insurance requirements, propose and monitor risk mitigation
- Examination of insurance contracts and customer contract conditions including examination of the factual and legal situation of the insurance cover
- Selection of the optimum insurance solution for the company group/requirements, including tendering on the market in cooperation with the broker
- Supporting the relevant departments in the assertion of claims, including recording and processing, in cooperation with insurers and experts

**How you convince us**:

- Completed university degree (Bachelor/Master's degree in business administration, law or engineering) or training as an insurance specialist
- At least 3 years of experience as a risk manager, broker or a comparable position in an internationally active industrial company
- Very good analytical skills as well as creative and innovative thinking ability
- Technical understanding
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
