Property Utilization Management- entry as of now- To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a dedicated assistant for the real estate management department. After a comprehensive training phase, you will independently handle administrative tasks related to property management, primarily focusing on our corporate and touristic properties.**What to expect from us**:

- Processing of booking inquiries for our Austrian and international destinations (e.g., apartments, houses, holiday homes, and guesthouses)
- Preparation of offers and invoicing for private and corporate guests
- Maintenance of booking data in the system
- Correspondence and communication with guests and staff members
- Handling of business cases related to long-term rentals
- Support in organizing corporate events

**How to convince us**:

- Completed commercial education, e.g., apprenticeship, commercial academy/high school
- Organizational talent with preferably 3 years of professional experience
- Good numerical understanding and proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good German and English skills, knowledge of French is advantageous
- Communicative personality and independent work style
