**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**:

- As a Senior Supply Planner (m/d/f) you **manage the supply planning process** for our waterdrops portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels across all SKUs to meet customer demand.
- You **create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs)** for production, ensuring timely delivery of our waterdrops portfolio.
- You **manage inbound shipments** to maintain inventory levels and support production needs.
- You **handle invoice approvals** related to supply chain activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You **monitor and maintain inventory levels** at multiple warehouses, considering shelf life to avoid stockouts or excess.
- You **create Work Orders (WOs)** for designated sales channels and **approve Sales Orders (SOs) **for Joint Ventures, ensuring the availability of the stock.
- You **collaborate with production and logistics teams** to align supply plans with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- You **build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders**, addressing any supply chain issues promptly.
- You drive **continuous improvement in supply planning processes**, implementing best practices and new technologies.
- You **proactively identify potential risks in the supply chain **and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- You oversee the supply chain aspects of **new product introductions and product delistings**, ensuring smooth transitions.
- You analyze data to forecast supply issues, **providing actionable insights for decision-making**.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You have a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree **in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- You bring at least **5 years of experience **in supply planning for finished products or a similar role.
- You have **strong analytical skills**, enabling you to interpret data and optimize supply plans.
- You are **proficient in supply planning systems and ERP software**, with experience in system optimization.
- You excel at **problem-solving**, quickly addressing any issues that arise in the supply chain.
- You have **excellent communication skills **and work well with both internal teams and external partners.
- You are **proactive in preventing supply chain disruptions **and continuously seek improvement opportunities.
- You have **experience managing product launches and delistings **within a finished goods environment.
- You thrive in a **collaborative, fast-paced environment**.

**The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 55.000 gross per year. Depending on qualifications, there is a readiness for overpayment.**
