**Your Mission**
- As the head of our global controlling team, you are responsible for the **strategic development of global controlling**; we place great emphasis on helping to shape this development
- You** lead and develop a dedicated team**, always in line with our corporate values **JOY, COURAGE & RESPONSIBILITY**:

- You are responsible for **forecasts, budgeting, target/actual comparisons & the preparation of monthly reports**:

- **Data management** is an integral part of this role: you know how to ensure **high quality and effective processing**:

- You **establish good and trustful cooperation** with our departments on an international level in the form of business partnership
- We are a dynamic company, with a lot going on, so you will also have an eye on the **continuous development and improvement of processes and tools**

**Your Skills**
- You have a** degree in business administration**:

- **Several years of experience in finance** are required
- **UGB knowledge is a must, **IFRS an advantage
- **Strong IT and data management affinity **is important for this position**, **if you can handle Microsoft D365 and PowerBI, we are thrilled
- **Very good German and English skills, **our daily work is bilingual

Our **working environment** is flexible: in **our cool office** you sit in the middle of the team for **optimal exchange**, but you also **have enough space to work** in peace and the possibility to use home office. With over **190 employees **it can be difficult** to maintain** the **startup atmosphere**, so we **place a lot of emphasis** on a **friendly working atmosphere** and **extensive** **onboarding**.

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5.000 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.

Wir bieten dir in dieser Position ein **Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 5.000 **auf Vollzeitbasis. Wir berücksichtigen natürlich deine individuellen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen und sind zu einer entsprechenden **Überzahlung **bereit. Details besprechen wir dann gerne persönlich.
