Proclinical are recruiting a Business Systems Analyst for a medical technology and devices establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Linz. The client is focused on offering their services and products to help their clients save time, effort and money.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily IT operations connected to all business systems, for example: system monitoring, backup and recovery, and offer communications to the company in a timely manner when required.
- You will assist with testing efforts and supervises change management within a regulated setting.
- Adopts and upholds good customer relationships to guarantee procedures are integrated to assist expected levels of internal customer service.
- Manage troubleshoot concerns/errors in various systems independently.
- Guarantee data integrity of business systems programs, and that acceptable audit controls and processes are in effect.
- Help in upholding business Power BI reports.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a business management, computer science or similar discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing with end users.
- Eager to learn and assist new systems as executed.
- An organised individual with the ability to handle various business requests simultaneously.
- Capable of working flexible hours across time zones.
- Fluency in the English and German languages.
