YOUR TASKS
PURCHASING... of new and existing parts for a specific supplier and product portfolio
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT...price negotiations and logistic framework under TCO aspects, framework agreements, change management, KPIs
DEVELOPMENT... and implementation of measures for delivery performance, quality, price and replenishment times
SUPPLIER SELECTION... competitiveness, technical feasibility, capacity
ASSURANCE... of availability of Rail Services material (handling of orders to suppliers, urgencies, arrangement of delivery dates)
KEY USER... for SAP/MM
COORDINATION... of cross-team digitization (RPA, OCR, and BI dashboard) and internal improvement projects
SHAPING... the mobility of the future
YOUR PROFILE
completed technical education (HTL MB, AT, Wing,...) or commercial education with high affinity to technology
several years of professional experience in purchasing (preferably in a production company)
very good IT skills (Excel, Powerpoint, experience with ERP programs - preferably SAP)
PROACTIVITY as well as solution-oriented and independent working style
communicative personality with negotiation skills
very good knowledge of German and English
RELIABILITY
up to 15 % willingness to travel (no weekends)
