- Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff to provide exceptional guest service.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, reporting, and performance reviews.
**Required Skills**:
- Several years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a front office or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.
- Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
