**This position reports to**:
Abteilungsleiter FP-Controls

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Setup and dismantling of test equipment according to the order list - Performing self-tests on test equipment to ensure functionality - Reporting the need for maintenance of system data (Burfis test equipment overview, test instructions/checklist) - Initiating further maintenance/repairs in coordination with the specialist department - Continuous compliance with and improvement of setup processes to reduce setup times

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Career changers or initial experience as an operator is an advantage
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift work model)
- Sufficient German language skills to understand work instructions
- Enjoy working in a team
- Independent and precise working style with a focus on quality
- Punctuality, flexibility, and commitment
