As of September, for our European HQ in Innsbruck, we are looking for a:
**DIGITAL MARKETING SEO/ANALYTICS SPECIALIST EUROPE**

**(M/F/d)**

**38,5h / week**

**THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Define SEO strategy for Burton Europe & assess against goals
- Manage the relationship with our SEO agency, including goal setting, budget planning and reporting
- Implement and execute a SEO content and on-page optimization strategy for Europe
- Oversee the European blog content and build out regional blog posts
- Own reporting and tracking of all regional growth marketing including actionable data and analysis
- Manage & own regional Google Analytics 360 / GA4 account & work with global team to modify Google Analytics as needed
- Support reporting for E-Commerce, merchandising and brand
- Push & support technical implementations of SEO and Analytics for Europe under the respect of EU GDPR laws

**ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE**:

- Minimum 3 years of SEO experience or equivalent experience in the field of Digital Marketing
- Significant experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, ahrefs and additional web analytics and SEO tools
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Competencies in on-page optimization and content creation
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive work attitude
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Creative, open-minded, and agile team player
- Fluency in English required, further language skills are a plus
- Additional degree in Business, Statistics, Digital Marketing or a related field is beneficial
