**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:

- As an E-Commerce Manager (M/F/d) you will take full ownership of the assigned e-commerce market by driving daily operations.
- You take ownership of key performance targets, driving initiatives to meet sales goals.
- You track, analyze, and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and use insights to optimize performance.
- You support the planning and own the execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- You monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior, using your findings to refine market strategies.
- You conduct regular site checks, ensure smooth functionality and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- You oversee product updates, ensure accurate information, monitor stock levels and maintain product availability.
- You lead and contribute to projects that grow sales, streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You have 2-3 years proven experience in e-commerce management, with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, consumer goods, lifestyle, health & wellness, or similar industries is a plus.
- You are analytically driven, including working knowledge of analytic tools.
- You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
- You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- You excel in cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You stay ahead of e-commerce innovations, tools, and technologies.
- Experience with Shopify is a big plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 45.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
