**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will work side-by-side with the CFO and take ownership of critical finance and administrative processes. You’ll not only keep our numbers sharp and our reporting on point - you’ll also play a central part in building up our ERP system (Odoo) and helping the entire organization work more efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a wide range of responsibilities, values autonomy, and is excited about growing into the internal expert and go-to person for all things finance and ERP.

In more detail:

- You ensure smooth **day-to-day accounting** in cooperation with our external tax advisors
- You support the preparation of financial statements and audits
- You help with budgeting and financial planning
- You manage the **administration** and financial control of national and international **grant projects**:

- You actively contribute to the implementation of our ERP system (Odoo) - and develop into our internal **ERP Key User**:

- You prepare financial insights and materials for shareholders and key meetings
- You take care of essential administrative workflows that keep our company running smoothly

**We seek**
- At least **5 years of professional experience** in finance, accounting, or controlling
- A degree in business, finance, accounting - or equivalent practical experience
- Accountant or tax advisor training is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and a hands-on, structured working style
- Excellent **Excel skills**, PowerPoint and ERP (especially Odoo) experience are a plus

A competitive salary significantly above the collective agreement minimum of EUR 48.894,02 gross per anno, depending on your qualifications and experience.
