- Begleitung unsere Mitarbeiter in der täglichen Anwendung von iTWO 4.0 (globaler Second Level Support, Abhalten von Trainings, Einholdung von Feedbacks, Kommunikation von Neu-Entwicklungen)
- Eigenverantwortliche Administration des Systems (User-Anlage, Rechte
- und Rollenkonzept)
- Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung von Anwendungsfällen und selbstständige Konfiguration des Systems
- Aufgrund Ihrer Anwendernähe unterstützen Sie die Koordination der strategischen Weiterentwicklung in enger Abstimmung mit den internen und externen Beteiligten.
- Sie arbeiten aktiv an Lösungen für die Integration der Projektplattformen mit anderen Applikationen mit
- Ihr Profil- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, HTL oder FH/Uni), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik und/oder Bauingenieurwesen
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an Softwarelösungen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Betreuen von Softwarelösungen in der Baubranche oder im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung mit iTWO von Vorteil
- Grundlegende Datenbank-Kenntnisse (SQL) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Problemlösungskompetenz und in diesem Zusammenhang schnelle und gute Auffassungsgabe für (technische) Probleme
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Serviceorientierung
- Hohes Maß an Teamorientierung, Organisationstalent sowie Umsetzungsstärke und gut strukturierter Arbeitsstil
- Hohe Flexibilität
