Tasks
- You will lead the expansion of Interactive Paper to multiple worldwide markets
- You will work with our growth hacking teams to bring our solution to new customers
- You will develop growth strategies and have the power to build your own teams and structure
- You will develop a strong brand strategy that builds the foundation for all marketing communications
- You will be leading multiple teams and directly report to the CMO
- Your ideas and expertise will bring our campaigns, strategy and brand values to the next level
- You will set the data driven direction for the whole Marketing & Growth Department by analyzing trends, data and competitors
- You will lead partnerships with external agencies

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of marketing and communication
- Online marketing skills (LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Ads)
- Basic Content Creation skills (Photo Editing, Video Editing, Graphic Design)
- Data analytics and Excel skill
- Strong project management skills and reliable self-management
- Strong and highly developed interpersonal skills to lead and manage teams
- Experience in expanding a solution to multiple markets
- Data-driven approach to create B2B growth strategies
- Experience building and scaling processes, teams, and programs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, content marketers, and managers of all levels
