**Here's what we're looking for**:
**Essential skills for your mission**:

- Several years of professional experience in the field of quality engineering/assurance for software products.
- Several years of experience in leading and managing an international and diverse team of multiple individuals.
- Experience in software development according to the highest quality standards and applicable norms, including ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971 etc.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Experience in optimizing existing processes to work for multiple regulatory jurisdictions and strive for pragmatic, effective, and efficient decisions, and you make the removal of blockers or impediments your top priority.
- Passion for feedback, open communication, continuous improvement, and you are able to translate this passion into actionable improvements of work environments.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and excellent communication skills in general.
- You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit.

**Bonus skills**:

- Experience in audits by notified bodies
- Experience in working in a SAFe environment
- Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
