The steering team is a high-performance group of young and ambitious professionals, focusing on financial & administrative topics and operating in the IT area of Erste Digital's Corporates and Markets.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Financial planning / Budgeting
Collection of financial information from IT colleagues for all projects and solutions within their area of responsibility.
Internal quality assurance & review of received financial information
Reflecting forecasts / budgets in business planning and consolidation tool within strictly given deadlines.
Financial Reporting
Preparation of monthly reports (ACT vs Plan) for management and customers
Presentation of financial results to management on the monthly basis
Follow up on issues identified in monthly reporting (performing re-bookings, ad hoc etc.)
Portfolio management
Set-up and closing of all mandatory required portfolio codes (Apollos, WBSs, cost centers etc.)
Portfolio master data review & keeping it up to date
Support of various stakeholders with regards to financial & contractual topics administrative tasks
Act as a SPOC of the area towards other Units (Central Finance, Group Controlling etc.)
Proactively prepare requested information by other Units within given deadlines
Support of department head and team members to achieve and contribute to common department goals
Your Background
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role; a close environment is an advantage
University/FH degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands on-experience with SAP is an advantage
Teamplayer with a „can do” mentality and ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
Very good analytical skills and attention to details
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
