**What You’ll Do**
You will be the “face of learning” to our internal stakeholders and activate our learning culture accross the regions. Based on the global L&D strategy you will build and execute the local learning marketing strategy. You will manage Learning & Development (L&D) projects as well as planning, communication and initiating events that add to an effective and efficient landing of the L&D programs & initiatives. You deploy global & regional L&D initiatives and programs to enable our employees and our leaders to learn and grow every single day in a fun and engaging way.
You are accountable for content curation to make sure that our learners get what they need and what is relevant to their needs. If you enjoy organizing and facilitating train the trainer sessions, you will have plenty of opportunities to bring your passion to life.
In addition, you will train the organization on people-related processes, programs, systems and tools e.g. Performance Management, mentoring program & Talent Management. You will do it by (co-)creating the training materials, ensuring the materials are up to date and organizing in-house training for our employees, leaders and P&O colleagues.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Activate our learning culture marketing campaign. You help different regions to build and execute a learning marketing campaign strategy
- Build and utilize strong network with stakeholders (P&O Leadership Teams/ P&O Business Partners/People Solutions Teams) to understand their capability needs
- Search and curate relevant learning offerings, and deploy them at the time of need
- Suggest and create content for L&D materials, learning platforms and other resources
**You bring**
- Strong marketing skills like storytelling, communication, inspiring others, writing and influencing
- Very passionate about developing people (with a curiosity & willingness to learn in the L&D field but also to develop yourself in the broader P&O field)
- Project Management & event planning skills
- High energy networker and connector with great social skills
- Customer orientation and good listening skills
- Courageous and outgoing personality
- 3-5+ years in an international environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Adobe suite experience & graphic design experience is considered a plus
