**Scrum Master (f/m/x)**:

We understand the wishes and needs of our customers in a challenging environment.
Cash Management International Plus (CMIplus) is a customer facing anchor product and a significant element of RBI’s strategy to become most recommended bank in CEE. In that context we are dealing with several international vendors and stakeholders. As new Scrum Master you will have external and internal support to empower the different teams in the best way and continuously improve the agile set up.

**Your mission at RBI**:

- Act as a scrum master in the cross-functional stream consisting of currently 5 teams
- Be a contributing member of the Tribe Leadership
- Develop and improve concepts around cross-border innovation and delivery
- Focus on team health, work on impediments and help people to grow within the team
- Enablement of the teams to improve autonomy, efficiency and productivity
- Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog

***Your core competencies**:

- Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
- Feel comfortable in handling various different stakeholder from technical and non-technical departments in a stressful and demanding situation
- Experience agile methods in a corporate set up, especially in the area of facilitation
- Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Sound English skills to collaborate with the CEE units
