**Accounts Payable Clerk - Full/Part-Time (m/w/d)**:
**Your tasks**
**As a key member of the finance team at SKIDATA in collaboration with **ASSA ABLOY**, you will drive **critical financial activities** that significantly impact the company's operations.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Posting of incoming invoices**: Check and record supplier invoices in accordance with applicable accounting policies.
- **Invoice verification and reconciliation**: Ensuring that invoices are properly reconciled with purchase orders and goods receipts.
- **Payment processing**: Preparation and execution of payment runs, including monitoring of payment deadlines and discounts.
- **Master data maintenance**: Creation and maintenance of supplier master data
- **Account reconciliations**: Monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts and assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- **Communication with suppliers**: Processing queries regarding invoices, payments and credit notes.
- **Support with audits**: Providing relevant documents and information for internal and external audits.
- **Process optimization**: Identifying optimization potential in accounts payable and helping to implement it.
**Your profile**
**- **Completed commercial training or a degree** in finance, accounting or comparable qualification.
- **Professional experience** in accounts payable is an advantage.
- Confident handling of **MS Office, especially Excel.**:
- Experience with **ERP systems** an advantage.
- **High affinity for numbers** and a **structured, careful way of working**.
- Ability to **work in a team**, strong **communication skills and initiative**.
- Very good written and spoken **German and English**.

We offer a competitive salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. The minimum collective agreement salary for this position **is €** **2,471.00 gross per month** on a full-time basis. Your actual salary will be market-competitive and will significantly exceed the minimum collective agreement salary.
