Your mission
- Collects and prepares SHE data and documents to track performance and support decision making processes
- Check of the completeness and plausibility of reported SH and E data in SIM
- Assist the setting of SHE KPI’s (working hours budget verification, collection and uploading of leading indicators)
- Compiles Business Unit & Business Segment internal statistics and benchmarking in the area of SHE. (Monthly SHE reports etc.)
- Be part of the organization of BU and BS SHE Network meetings and Training activities
- Ensures sharing/communication of incidents and good practices with BS site SHE co-ordinators
- Coordinates implementation of safety improvement initiatives is co-operation with BS and BU in Mondi Group
- Support the use of systems such as MIRAS SIM/ MICE/ LAPPS/ ELearning tools
- Contributes to BS teams improving timely incident reporting, communication and quality of investigations
- Sets up and administers/updates BU and BS Planet Mondi SHE sites, collects Survey feedback etc.
- Participates in BS, BU and Group SHE network meetings, Pilot trainings, practice note preparation and Group SHE Activities
- Participates in selected direct SHE support (boots on the Ground) for converting operations

**Profile**:

- Completed degree in industrial/risk/safety or environmental engineering (diploma in a technical area) or comparable, well-founded professional experience
- Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Fluent in English
- Very good communication skills with all levels in the company and external stakeholders
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics
- High personal motivation for improving the safety culture and the ability to positively influence the commitment of teams at all levels in the company and to promote solution-oriented decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead, motivate and influence others towards change
- Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with people at various levels of the organization and in a variety of functions
- Broad understanding of business issues, metrics, organizational linkages, and customer value
- Self-confident, ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner
- IT skills (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Databases etc.)
- Willingness and ability to travel as required at least twenty five (25%) percent of the time, international and domestic

**Offer**:

- Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Location: Group office Vienna - Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna
- Duration: unlimited contract
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 40,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification
