**Senior Restructuring Expert** **(M/F/d)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and lead workout and restructuring cases and work on other special situations exposures
- Conduct due diligence, review documents including independent business reviews and legal documentation
- Analyze the situations and business cases and propose exposure strategies and courses of action
- Conduct contract negotiations, liaise with other internal departments, lawyers, advisors and other banks
- Prepare and present internal documents to decision-makers and the credit committee
- Contribute to reporting

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business/economics, law or other relevant field
- Substantial hands-on experience of handling workout cases, including analysis, proposing solutions and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of and experience with English Law contracts
- Firm in English, and able to review documents in German
- Ideally, background in or experience with Project Finance, Leveraged Buy Outs or other structured transactions
- Experience with regulations especially as far as underperforming exposures are concerned
- You are at ease with figures and financial models
- You are a committed team player who can work diligently even when deadlines are short

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 3,500 euros.
