To grow our Consulting and Analytics practice team in Austria, we are looking for an experienced Associate Partner Digital Advisory to join our team in Vienna, Austria. **Responsibilities**: - Understands and articulates IT trends and their impact on the client/industry IT architecture (Public sector, Manufacturing) - Advises CIOs and IT department heads in formulating their agendas, IT strategies and drives implementation measures - Defines and implements cloud strategies - Understands and improves IT service management processes (ITIL) - Develops client accounts (Public sector/manufacturing) - Drives business development/sales - Leads the project teams to success and ensures the team members’ development - Represents DXC at clients and in the industry community **Requirements**: - Master’s degree preferably in IT or business administration with strong IT background - 6-8 years of experience in the area of management/IT consulting - Experience and network in public sector/manufacturing in Austria are considered as a plus - Deep knowledge in CIO agenda, cloud and service management processes (ITIL) - Demonstrates leadership and the ability to leverage company portfolio of products and services to successfully meet customer’s expectations and needs - Excellent skills in analysis, presentation, communication as well as entrepreneur spirit and drive - Fluency in German and English is mandatory - Availability to travel **What we offer**: - Be part of a supporting leadership team in AT - The freedom and opportunity to develop your team and develop our client base - The possibility to develop and shape teams, clients, and actively shape our regional consulting offerings - Flexible working time models - An attractive salary package - Training and mentoring to support the implementation projects - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and products in state-of-the-art enterprise environments, providing services to a variety of worldwide customers' infrastructures. - Demanding and varied customer projects at one of the world's largest and most successful IT service providers paired with opportunities for rapid advancement and challenging activities with a high degree of freedom and responsibility - Lived values that make us one of the most attractive employers worldwide - Top 25 of Comparably's list of companies with "Best Global Culture 2021" and Top 50 in "Best CEO 2020" ranking.
