We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Internal Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. You will be responsible for leading and managing internal projects across our organization. You will work closely together with stakeholders, team members, and the PMO to ensure successful project delivery, adherence to project management methodologies and achievement of project goals. You are a team player with a high degree of self-motivation and convince with excellent stakeholder and people management skills.

**Your Tasks**:

- Lead and manage internal projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
- Coordinate and allocate resources required for project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and the PMO
- Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews
- Further development to customer project management is appreciated and supported

**Your Profile**:

- Relevant technical or commercial education (FH, university, etc.)
- Track record of min. 3 years of experience in project management, programme and/or process management
- Proven experience and know-how in the implementation, administration and development of JIRA, Tableau, SAP, Scheduling and Resource Management Software (e. g. Primavera, MS Project)
- Contract and suppliers’ management experience is a plus
- Solution-oriented, adaptable personality with solid relationship management skills and the ability to motivate and direct people
- Strong organizational skills to manage timeline, scope, budget and resources effectively
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
