**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Create an integrated, lean, systematic and collaborative relationship with suppliers
- Lead the design and implementation of a Supplier Enabled Innovation program, which will enable Procurement to link suppliers’ market with OMV’s business innovation needs
- Active leadership and expertise for supplier relationship management processes
- Design and introduce supplier relationship management tools and methods
- Develop and implement standardized supplier performance measurement instruments

**Your profile**:

- University Degree/Master´s Degree in Business area or related fields
- Minimum of 9 years relevant working experience, especially in procurement, sustainability and ideally in implementing supplier innovation projects
- Experienced in project management, specifically in supporting cross-functional intercultural teams
- Strong communication skills with all levels of management
- Very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office, etc)
- Fluent in German and English
