**What to Expect**:
The role will be tailored to your talents. Depending on your profile, you will specialize in two to three functional areas and support the others.

**Strategy**

- Contribute to brand roadmap and campaign planning

- Assist in conceptual thinking, structuring, and preparation

- Editorial preparation and campaign ideas

**Analytics**

- Basic understanding of data and social media performance

- Support reporting for LinkedIn, website, and campaigns

- Derive simple insights and actionable recommendations

**Creation**

- Design smaller assets such as social cards and slides

- Contribute to LinkedIn carousels, event visuals, and team photoshoots

- Support video editing, podcast production, or motion design

**Digital**

- Assist with LinkedIn and Meta ads

- Maintain CRM lists and simple automations

- Manage conversion funnels and landing pages

- Copywriting for LinkedIn

- Help develop tone of voice and storytelling

- Community management

**PR**

- Support press work, award submissions, and speaker management

**Events**

- Prepare and coordinate internal and external events

- Briefing, schedule coordination, and post-event coverage

- Monthly gross salary of **2.500 €**, depending on experience and qualifications

**What You Should Bring**:
