En tant qu’athlete de magasin Nike (vendeur), vous aurez pour mission de fournir au client une expérience de qualité notamment en mettant à profit une capacité à décrypter les besoins individuels et en offrant une solution complète sélectionnée à partir des produits et services de Nike afin de proposer aux clients ce dont ils ont besoin pour entrer en phase, s’entraîner et participer à des compétitions tout en ayant l’assurance d’atteindre leurs objectifs.

Responsabilités:

- Utiliser des compétences en matière de service clients, les techniques de vente élémentaires et la connaissance des produits afin d’orienter les clients vers le bon produit et ainsi augmenter les volumes de ventes
- Tisser un lien entre le client et la marque en offrant un service supérieur et en adaptant des anecdotes sur la marque à l’environnement de vente
- Bien connaître les divers rayons du magasin et être disponible pour faire fonctionner les caisses dans le cadre des opérations régulières, effectuer des tâches d’expédition et de réception des marchandises, approvisionner les rayons, effectuer des tâches de nettoyage et fabriquer des présentoirs visuels si nécessaire.
- Agir en qualité de « référence » sur les produits pour les clients et les vendeurs débutants. Rechercher des opportunités de formation pour développer un niveau avancé ou une connaissance spécialisée de la vente, des produits et de la culture Nike ainsi que des techniques de vente et de service.
- Assister les membres de la direction, vendeurs senior, et managers dans le cadre de la formation de vendeurs débutants
- Apporter son aide au niveau des efforts de prévention des pertes en fournissant un service client proactif
- Une ou plusieurs années d’expérience souhaitées dans un service client et/ou de vente au détail
- Intérêt manifeste pour la marque Nike
- Capable d’effectuer des opérations mathématiques élémentaires, à savoir additions, soustractions, multiplications et divisions
- Capable de communiquer efficacement oralement et par écrit en anglais (ou dans une autre langue)
- Capable d’accomplir des tâches multiples au sein d’un environnement dans lequel le rythme est soutenu
- Capable de collaborer efficacement avec les autres personnes dans un environnement axé sur l’importance du travail en équipe et de fournir un service client de qualité
