**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and/or conduct drafting, review and negotiation of contracts relating to various matters including purchasing services, software licensing, subscriptions, equipment sales, confidentiality, data security and other common areas on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from other business units on implementation and training to ensure compliance with respect to contract review and approval processes.
- Counsel internal clients regarding company policies, legal issues, mitigation and risk tolerance.
- Maintain and assist in developing standardized contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, training and internal knowledge management resources.
- Partner with the wider, globally located Lam Legal team, inclusive of Legal Counsels, and specialists in Intellectual Property, Governance, Foreign Trade, and Ethics & Compliance, as part of contract review and approval processes.
- Be a trusted business partner providing timely, thoughtful and helpful responses to requests from internal clients.
- Domestic and international travel occasionally required.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, including demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of common contractual issues associated with commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of current industry practices and procedures regarding contract lifecycle management, commercial contracts, process training.
- Have excellent English and German verbal and written communication skills, so as to be able to discuss and explain complex technical and legal matters with legal and non-legal business partners/stakeholders, and create high quality documents.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities; ability to manage multiple simultaneous demands from multiple stakeholders under time pressure, and to re-order priorities on short notice.
- Be able to work successfully across time zones and cultures to support significant international operations and coordinate with remote resources.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Project, and Teams; e-signature; and other legal department productivity tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Law or J.D. or equivalent from a top law school.
- Registered to practice law in a European jurisdiction - preferably Austria or Germany.
- Knowledge of U.S. and some international laws, especially regarding commercial contracts
- In-house experience at publicly traded and/or high-tech multinationals/companies; including interactions with international subsidiaries or offices
- Experience with DocuSign Contract Management Solution, Seal AI engine or comparable contract lifecycle management tools.
- Fluency in French and/or Italian would be a plus (in addition to English and German).
