Global Technology Commercialization Manager-Heat Treatment and Metal Powder Production (M/F/d)

Any major Linde location, preference Region Europe East (req10586)

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will support, technically and commercially, the growth of Linde Business Units in the Heat Treatment/Metal Powder markets leveraging Linde’s technologies, industrial partners and your own technical expertise. You will be a reference point within the Linde group for those markets, understanding the commercial and technical drivers for gas sales
- To this end, you will be identifying amenable target markets, developing value selling tools, training local teams, supporting customer installation, providing customer specific technical support, monitoring progress and tracking business impact
- With regards to Ideation & New Technology Development, you will collaborate with Technology Development teams and Regional Business Units in all stages of development from ideation to launch with particular focus on the business and commercial relevant elements such as voice of customer research, value proposition, business model design, business case development, global launch support material, sales training and marketing material
- You will be responsible for regular exchange with the Linde regions, setting together annual Technology Growth Plans and Goals and following up and supporting the activities. You will help the Linde regions / countries develop their local Product & Service Offerings (PSOs) strategy and roadmaps with local business cases and drive bespoke commercialization activities
- Additionally you will facilitate knowledge, experience and best practice sharing by managing a network of colleagues around the world
- Further you will support the internal communication activities within Linde, provide news, develop articles etc., support the external communications activities including websites, social media, etc. and support the global products and services offers portfolio management continuously keeping the global PSO support material

**What makes you great**
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Science, etc.); a business administration degree is also appreciated
- An educational background or experience in Metal Sciences is preferred
- Moreover you possess a relevant hands-on work experience, technical and commercial, in the heat treatment/powder metallurgy industries and/or industrial gases in those segments and/or relevant OEMs
- You demonstrate strong business acumen, drive for results and are agile and solution oriented
- You have the ability to successfully interact, influence positively and engage with global customers and internal stakeholders as well as excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Knowledge of gas supply solutions including on-site solutions is a plus
- You enjoy working in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Ability to travel ~25% of the time domestically and internationally is not a challenge for you
