- Actively engaging with Marketing, Sales & Medical to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement key reporting/monitoring/performance tracking initiatives that drive competitive advantage and create a platform for flawless execution in the commercial organization
- Leading the end-to-end Sales Incentive Process and carry out timely and relevant calculations/payouts, sales target setting, calculate accruals and market potential analysis
- Adopt the yearly strategy for Field Force Incentive in alignment with applicable works agreement and ensure strong collaboration with works council, TA (Therapeutic Area) Heads, P&O (People and Organization) and incentive committee
- Support commercial & medical TA Heads on preparing new analysis and reports, coordinating the execution with NBS
- Partner with data specialist peers in Finance, Analytics & Excellence and Medical Excellence team to ensure process efficiencies, effectiveness, and synergies
- Back-up responsibility for first level support in the use of CRM system and other data source tools
- Support function for procurement contract negotiations - regarding relevant service & data providers
- Take part in new projects to develop and implement tools to enhance sales force effectiveness & excellence

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- University degree in finance, business administration, economics or comparable studies
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in business finance, controlling or financial accounting in pharmaceutical industry, preferable in a multi-national company
- Sales Force Effectiveness / market research experience
- Profound skills in market and competitor analysis
- Knowledge of Finance / P&L / Forecasting
- Advanced Excel Modelling Level
- Experience with working in different databases,
- Affinity to CRM and IT systems and Dashboard

**In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 49.804,58/year (on a full time basis).
