**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with other fuel card issuers and retail network operators, including other ROUTEX network partners by acting as focal point and facilitating the continuous flow of information
- Lead commercial negotiations with other fuel card issuers and retail network operators, including bilateral negotiations with other ROUTEX network partners
- As project manager, lead and monitor the implementation of negotiated acceptance deals by the responsible business functions (including IT and Legal)
- Process owner of third party cards and network arrangements related processes
- Continuously monitor market trends and advise senior management with regard to third party card volumes and strategy
- Carry out mid-term planning for third party card and ROUTEX fuel volumes in OMV’s Retail network
- Continuously monitor OMV’s third party fuel card, ROUTEX and acceptance network performance as well as OMV's network offer and propose changes, when needed
- Represent OMV in relevant expert groups of the ROUTEX joint venture

**Your profile**:

- Master degree in Business Administration; Economics; Industrial Engineering; Engineering and Business Administration or similar and at least 5 years of experience
- Sales and/or business development and/or project management and/or marketing, ideally in international fuel card business area
- Networking skills to work in an international environment and matrix organization
- Communication and negotiation skills and analytical skills for understanding complex processes
- Structured and focused approach in projects and experience in change management (incl. training and knowledge transfer skills)
- Experience in managing international, multicultural teams
- Stress resistant, able to handle several tasks at the same time
- Clear target orientation incl. independent working style
- Fluent in English & German
