**Tasks**:

- Monthly reporting and analysis for Global Operations which includes the plants as well as the service business
- Cost analysis and review of cost developments in his area of responsibility
- Challenging the functional management for improvement projects on cost
- Cost tracking and review of savings projects
- Improvement of the global reporting structure by adjusting the reports or develop new reports, based on business requirements
- Investment Controlling for the C Division - reviewing the request and constantly improve the quality of the forecast as well as the data preparation while keeping the process lean at the same time
- Process guidance for local controllers and operation personal on operations controlling as well as the reporting tools
- Driving global standardization initiatives e.g. handbooks, reports, SAP settings with support of the global operations team
- Participate in the global budget process with focus on steering the rate calculations and investments strategy
- Execution of tasks within global projects e.g., global tax model
- Assist head of global operations controlling at larger business cases
- Support the global operations teams
- Local trainigs e.g. Reporting Tools, Budget process,...

**Requirements**:

- Well-disciplined with proven ability to manage multiple assignments
- Good communicator of necessary actions to drive business
- Broad knowledge about production concepts and SAP
- Deep knowledge about cost calculations and product costing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the controlling in an industrial environment
- Technical and/or economic degree on bachelor level
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel (25%)
