**Your territory**

As part of our Data team, you will:

- Transform big data - including GPS positions, activity metrics and user interactions - into clear, actionable insights
- Gain hands-on experience with modern data analytics tools and methods
- Collaborate with teams across the company to understand business needs for data-driven decision-making
- Build automated reporting pipelines that save hours of manual work
- Design intuitive dashboards in Tableau that empower business leaders to make faster, smarter decisions
- Deliver clear findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, in a learning-focused, supportive environment where curiosity and initiative are encouraged

**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Strong technical foundation gained during studies, with hands-on experience in multiple programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, and C#), along with proficiency in SQL
- You’re rolled at an Austrian university/FH, available for a ~3-month onsite internship, and hold a **valid work permit for full-time employment**:

- You enjoy solving problems and turning numbers into insights
- You’ve tried out (or are excited to learn) tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase
- You can express your ideas clearly (in English), even to people without a data background.
- You pay attention to detail and like to get things done
