Stora Enso is looking for a **Regional Supply Planner BARU**. You will be working in Wood Products Division; your location will be one of our Wood Products offices or mills and the position is focused on the BARU region.

**Purpose of the job**:
The role has as the core responsibility **to coordinate and drive the Supply planning and Balancing process for the Baltic and Russia Supplying Region**, as part of the S&OP Tactical Planning process.
The purpose within this responsibility is **to deliver a Balanced plan for the SC region**, using our planning software (OMP), the model and constraints as a base, in close collaboration with SC organization in the region.
As part of this, the role will together with the SC organization in defined region ensure that OMP model reflects the planning strategies and reality.
This work will be done in close collaboration with the Wood Products S&OP team.

The role is an advanced user of the Balancing module in OMP (our Advanced Planning software for Tactical S&OP).

In addition, it’s the responsibility of this role to coordinate an invoice estimation process across the mill network and execute central steps to secure input to the Financial forecast.

**As a Regional Supply Planner BARU**, you will be responsible for**:

- Tactical S&OP Process related:

- Drive delivery of the monthly S&OP Supply and Balancing process steps, with focus on BARU Supplying region
- Support and engage Supply Chain organization for delivery of input to the Tactical Supply and Balancing process steps
- Drive plan validation and gap identification steps and scenario discussion within SC region and representing BARU in the central S&OP team
- Connect and align with Regional SC stakeholders during Balancing
- Review and Lead improvements in Planning Performance in region
- OMP tool related, for SC Region:

- Run Regional steps in the monthly workflow and process in OMP
- Maintain constraints in OMP to ensure that plan reflects desired business logic
- Co-ordinate data quality improvement for OMP, including requirements for improvements in source systems
- Other specified area of responsibilities
- Sub process ownership and key user for the Net Mill Price estimation process (Invoice estimation process), connected to S&OP but managed partly outside OMP tool

**Requirements for applicants**:

- Strong Supply Chain Planning and Process experience
- Strong OMP experience or that of similar Advance Planning tool
- Strong experience in data model and management
- Strong experience of Excel and Reporting tools
- Good Wood Product business understanding (advantage)
- Good WPS skills (advantage)
- Structured and systematic approach
- Ability to work independently, with self-drive
- Solution oriented approach towards challenges
- Good team working skills
- Ability to work in an international team
- Very good level of business English
- Ability to travel
