Usersnap is a web-based customer feedback platform that is used by companies like Facebook, Canva, and Microsoft worldwide.

We are searching for a data-driven Content Marketing Expert with a proven track record in B2B SaaS content marketing, channels marketing, and growth hacking.

**In this role, your responsibilities are**
- Develop a deep understanding of Usersnap’s personas and their JTBDs to craft content from the insights and knowledge
- Work on creative strategies and content, from articles to social media posts to webinars, to drive awareness and demand
- Identify industry thought leaders and high-traffic sources to build meaningful partnerships and backlinks
- Lead a group of writers and freelancers to execute company positioning and SEO strategies
- Orchestrate organic and some paid channels and campaigns to generate engagement and acquire leads.

**We’re looking for people who have**
- Native-level English proficiency
- 4 years of B2B content marketing experience in SaaS
- Demonstrated outstanding, empathetic storytelling and editorial skills
- Delivered SEO, SEM, SMM strategies that drive business growth
- Managed and coached external agencies and writers to fulfill the high-standard content requirements
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
