**Product Owner Consumer Business (m/w/d)
In dieser Funktion fungieren Sie als Bindeglied zwischen dem Consumer Bereich und dem zugewiesenen Entwicklungsteam (Scrum). Gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam sorgen Sie für eine reibungslose Erstellung der Business Requirements und begleiten diese bis zur Umsetzung.

**Aufgaben, die Sie meistern**
- In Ihrer Rolle als Product Owner arbeiten Sie im Alltag des Entwicklungsteams mit und sind für die Erstellung & Management des Produkt-Backlogs verantwortlich, welches eine priorisierte Liste der Funktionen, Anforderungen und Verbesserungen enthält, die für die Entwicklung des Produktes / Services / Prozesses erforderlich sind.
- Sie konzentrieren sich auf die taktische Umsetzung der Produktentwicklung und arbeiten eng mit dem Entwicklungsteam zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt den Anforderungen des Kunden entspricht.
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zu Delivery Stakeholdern (z.B. Legal, Vertrieb, Operations, Risk, externe Partner).
- Sie sind für Feature-Definition zuständig bzw. wie ein Produkt / Prozess / Service aussehen und funktionieren soll, insbesondere in der Beurteilung und Umsetzung von Business Requirements

**Qualifikationen, die Sie mitbringen**
- Hochschulabschluss (Wirtschaft oder Informatik) oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager, Product Owner oder Business Analyst (oder ähnlichen Positionen)
- Know-How im Retail-Payment sowie bankspezifische Produktkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum sind wünschenswert.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Kundenorientierung

Wir garantieren ein über KV liegendes Mindestgehalt von EUR 51.000 brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen einen leistungsbezogenen variablen Anteil. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung kommt es zu einer Überzahlung.
