Your new responsibilities
- Govern S&OP Overall process, ensure S&OP process to complete all milestones as per S&OP calendar
- Analyze supply commitment and consolidate demand-supply overview for decision making
- Drive Forecast and Gap closure review meeting to deliver revenue target
- Final gate to release the S&OP capacity, ensure high quality of supply feedback in S&OP cycle
- Support and ensure consistent message across all meeting platforms (e.g. Demand Capacity Board, Capex Board)
- Facilitate and prepare the SNOP Executive Review and ensure alignment with clear follow up actions
- Govern Capacity modelling methodology and standardize user requirements for change request
- Ensure timely update of master data before S&OP cycle
- Perform stress test analysis to show potential business risk & opportunity

What we look for
- Education in Supply Chain, Engineering
- Relevant experience in S&OP, Demand or Capacity Management process
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain system is preferred
- Planning software / ERP systems (e.g. SAP )
- Excellent communication skill with all levels
- Fluent English - German beneficial
