**About the job**

As a Data & Analytics Support Professional at RHI Magnesita, you will focus on improving the efficiency of business users in managing and utilizing data. This role involves providing practical, customer-oriented, and timely support by resolving data-related queries and addressing support requests. You will also identify areas for improvement in data processes and systems, implementing smaller changes where necessary. Additionally, you will conduct knowledge transfer sessions to optimize data access, usage, and reporting practices.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Providing efficient support to business users in data handling and problem-solving
- Identifying areas for improvement and implement minor changes in data processes or systems
- Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions on best practices in data access, utilization, and reporting
- Preparing for the DigiT transformation project by gaining advanced knowledge in SAP S/4 and modern BI tools

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide customer-oriented support
- Strong communication skills and ability to conduct effective training sessions
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience with SAP would be a plus

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language skills will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A few years of relevant working experience in data analytics or related field

The annual gross salary for this position will start from is € 60,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, the amount of overtime, and your level of seniority.
