For our international marketing team we are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for the role of **Performance Marketing Manager**.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Lead, develop and implement **growth strategies** and projects
- Create, implement and manage multiple **user acquisition experiments & channels**
- Streamline and scale the acquisition and **conversion funnels** on different channels
- Develop and work on an effective and disruptive **communication strategies**
- Work with all available data sources to analyze and implement ways on **maximizing potential**of of both **organic and paid channels** to deliver highest ROI

**Your profile**:

- Working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and willingness to go the extra mile
- Always up to date with the latest new online marketing trends and are how to master the details of performance management
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindset
- Absolute expert in performance marketing KPIs and proficient skills with state of the art AI tools
- Positive, proactive sentiment, dynamic environments push you to your highest performance
- Ability to work independently and responsibly with a strong analytical and quantitative mindset

- **Salary (FT)**: The salary for this position is € 50.000 gross per year. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
