About us

Livin Farms is an internationally oriented, fast-growing young company. We commercialise and develop products and technologies for the next generation of agriculture: insect farming. Our core product, Hive PRO Insect Factory is a turn-key solution for the food, feed and recycling industries. Seeded with Seedlings (baby larvae), Hive PROs turn industrial quantities of organic products into insect products that our customers market in the animal feed market.

Tasks

**About the position**: As Inside Sales Analyst you will accompany all sales processes at Livin Farms. You will report and work closely to the Head of Sales.

Main objective

You ensure that sales runs efficiently and are always looking for ways to automate workflows and optimize sales processes.

You will take responsibility for managing and using tools, introducing process changes and providing documentation and clear communication with customers and partners.

Key activities
- You will improve the quality/efficiency of our entire sales with us through the analysis, development and implementation of optimized sales processes and innovative tools
- You take care of our internal systems and manage them
- You are responsible for communication with customers and internal teams

**Requirements**:

You have completed commercial training or a (technical) university degree in business administration, economics or comparable
- You have already gained experience in sales and/or internal sales
- You have an eye for detail and sometimes dig deeper into a situation to track down a problem
- You have a good understanding of sales processes
- You have very good communication skills and enjoy working in cross-departmental teams
- You have a tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo
- You speak German perfectly and are fluent in spoken and written English

**Mandatory information in Austria**: The Minimum monthly gross-salary for this position is EUR 2700.

We’re willing to overpay, depending on your professional work experience and qualification.
