**Your tasks**
- Implementation of requirements in purchase orders according to the corresponding contract or according to valid purchasing guidelines, as well as execution of purchasing in the context of assigned purchasing groups
- Professional master data management of supplier data and contract conditions in the ERP system (SAP) as well as evaluations and reporting from SAP
- Independent execution of inquiries with selected/approved suppliers and preparation of an offer compilation
- Implementation of standards in the procurement of goods and services
- Tracking and control of contract terms and supplier services

***Your profile**
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (e.B. Apprenticeship, HAK) you have completed
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the areas of supply chain management or purchasing
- You are IT-savvy, you have already gained your first SAP knowledge (MM/PP module)
- In addition to your high degree of organizational skills and structured work, you have a good feeling for setting priorities, you like to communicate and work in a team.
- It gives you pleasure to communicate professionally in English
