**Company Description**
- Develop and enhance the infrastructure for the future of RIAG
- Lead the technical delivery of complex and exciting infrastructure challenges within a cloud environment.
- Collaborate with a motivated developer team to build scalable automation that caters to a growing number of tenants.
- Evaluate and integrate new products, primarily within the CNCF space, into the integration platform

**Qualifications**
- Overall Experience and Knowledge: As a future tech lead, you should have experience in establishing and maintaining technical concepts, delivery principles. You should be able to on-board team members into these concept and ensure the high-quality output of the team.
- You should have a strong understanding of the needs of what components should be included into our future solutions including but not limited to monitoring, security, scalability, networking, automation.
- Have proven track of working with our current stack (most of them) : Kubernetes, EFK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Service Mesh, Camel-K, API Gateway, SwaggerHub and Kafka
- Have proven experience in coding, code refactoring in Terraform, Ansible, and Go programming.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- You should be able to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong teamwork abilities, along with self-responsibility, organizational skills, and coordination abilities, will contribute to a cohesive and productive team environment.
