**Your mission at RBI**:
- You are responsible for all aspects of the data warehouse (DWH) Service
- Work within an agile tribe organization
- Incident-, change and vulnerability management
- Budgeting process, manage costs and invoices
- Continuous improving of IT processes and documentation
- Coordinating and supporting activities related to business continuity & disaster recovery
- Be part of an enterprise class IT system with state-of-the-art technology
***Your core competencies**:
- Adequate technical education (e.g. informatics, computing science)
- Several years of experience as a Service Manager or similar role
- Basic programming & scripting skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT, big data management and security concepts
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams
- English - level C1, German / CEE language an advantage
***Nice to have**:
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with and interest in new technologies (Cloud, CI/CD, etc.)
- Ability to 'Make Things Happen' and hands on
