We are looking for an **I**nfluencer Marketing Manager **(M/F/d) who takes our efforts with creators in the French or German market to the next level.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- End-to-end responsibility for cooperations with influencers across multiple platforms in the French or German market
- Planning, executing and analyzing partnerships to support the teams goals
- Creative assistance for the partners to ensure content quality
- Building and managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously to ensure an increasing brand representation
- Being up to date with changes on platforms that have an impact on creator marketing
- Occanional travels to meet influencers and agents on location, in France or Germany

**Your profile**:

- Initial working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and readiness to take the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in French or German (C1)
- Rapid comprehension and will to master influencer marketing
- The ability to recognize and solve problems with a positive mindset
- Willing to lead negotiations and close deals effectively
- Confidence in working effectively with increasing budgets
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Positive, proactive mindset and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance
- Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ideally basic understanding of e-commerce, fashion or related industries
