Product Specialist clinical M/F/x
Location Bohemia and surroundings
Your responsibilities:
- You do regular visits, organise hands-on demonstrations, courses and lectures in schools, dental office and universities.
- You consult and give follow-up support to product users and process complaints.
- You give clinical support, training of dealers, sub-dealers.
- You provide customer orders to dealers regulary by increasing the dealer management
- Structured planning of all kind of business trips and activities as well as customer reports are documented in our CRM System.
- You organise and participate at national and international dental trade exhibitions, dental congresses, marketing and dealer events.
- You achieve marketing targets by using all our marketing tool print and social media.
- You coordinate activities based on the requirements (participation in trainings/events/courses of dealers, schools, associations, universities, div. institutions).
- You do market observations.
Your qualifications:
- based ideally in Prague and surroundings
- Dental education including commercial knowledge
- Experience in dental market
- Mother language Czech and good command in English (speech and writing)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, independent
- Pleasant appearance and good manners
